Working Ethic

"I think I'm going to go with my grandparents so on my my mother's side so Doug and Joan I spent a lot of time with them growing up and during my University years too I lived with them especially my grandfather he was very formative in teaching me like hard work ethic and just being a very compassionate person and I think both those things kind of followed me through and it did help in this job being compassionate cuz you need that in this job as well and the hard work ethic works well with my job but it was also that I had a tough road to get into policing.

Dad Forever

"Number one being my family means the most to me and being a dad on top of that is something that I'd say changed my life it's just something special about having kids that look up to you and just helping them grow up then my kids are only young but just there's something about a kid that's looking up to you. So that is one thing in my life that if you asked me to remove things from my life being a dad would be one thing I would not like I could remove my job I can remove different relationships and stuff like that but I would never give away being a dad."

The Value Of Support

"I guess this one would be a two fold I got obviously like the last question I value my kids tremendously but also my wife Heidi she's my partner She's my partner and my support there's been a lot of ups and downs and she's somebody that is always there to support me so definitely that would be the person that I value the most at lets me be the person I am here today."
